The Art of Closing Sales

I'd been doing sales for few years, I feel that the most difficult part of sales is when we are try to close a sales. I remember 1 time when I walk into a shopping complex, there is a pair of shoe display on the rack, it looks very nice to me. So I stop in front of the shoe. Suddenly the sales girl talk to me: Sir, you have a really good taste, this is the latest model we have in our store. Do you want to have a try? the price is negotiable, As long as you feel that the shoe is comfortable to you. So, I just have a try on the shoe, its really looks nice on me. Then the sales girl says : Sir, you are the most suitable person for the shoe, it is like Taylor made for you sir. I feel happy when listen to that. Then, the girl show me her great skill on closing a sales, she come and tell me: Sir, So you old shoe should I pack it up for you or I help you throw it away? In the End, I have nothing much to say but ask her to pack my old shoe for me.

When we are closing sales, We have to take our customer attention, Ask them a question with two choice. Let our customer cannot reject us. Even at the beginning they don't plan to buy the product, they might end up buy the product from us. If we can master the skill of closing sales, doing sales actually will become very simple job for us.
